Why I support the government even if I think they messed it up

Modi may have done a mistake - but I still support him. Read on for the reasons

Suppose at your home you have full faith in your parent's decision making. They are always correct and take decisions for betterment of the family. Things are going well and you ain't concerned. However, one fine day family realised that one of the family members has a cancer and the parents decide that chemo therapy is the best therapy for the family member. They have evaluated all the methods available and have decided to give chemotherapy to the patient for his betterment. Post few chemotherapy sessions the patient looks weak and has hair fall. What will you do? Please friends pause here and think. Will you ask that chemotherapy should be stopped in mid way?  As you are aware that chemotherapy affects the patient's good cells as well as bad cells. The idea is good cells will regenerate themselves and bad ones will die and patient will become normal again. Chemotherapy is painful and I know this very closely.

Now let's put it in the irren context. Modi government has no doubt carried out many decisions which have benefited at macro and micro level. As per past 2.5years results one would have observed how (1) income-tax department has improved (2) railways have improved (3) roads are being built at a pace which was never done before or by previous governments (4) people's discussions points have shifted from scams to development agenda (5) efforts to crack down terrorism and black money (6) many initiatives to develop village into a city and a city into megacity .... This list will continue. Please note that this is only in 2.5 years. This government is surely on a mission and is in a hurry.
However, now it has realised that the cancer of black money has engulfed our economy and it needs some remedies. So the pare (government) decides to give a chemotherapy to system wherein both good and bad persons would be affected but the government has faith on good persons that they will regenerate itself and bad ones will surely die. Now tell me guys what we should do. We can critise the government and ask for a roll back or bear this pain and have faith in the government.  It all boils down to the fact how much faith you have in the government which has taken some really good initiatives at a good pace to improve life of general people and may have taken a bad decision but in good faith. If we have allowed others to loot us knowingly for 60years then one mistake (if one consists it as mistake) should be pardoned for such a government.  Please apply your brain and see things as they are rather than looking at it the way it is presented by a section of persons who are actually affected  badly by this decision.
To end,  government may have capacity to introduce a change but it's up-to us,  we the people who will make it a culture.
So that's why I still support the government in their one mistake if one may consider so.
